MICRA
SHRINK WRAPPING MACHINERY
The Micra is a compact L sealer and combination shrink
chamber machine that is available in 3 chamber sizes.
Features include
• Manually operated sealing bar with automatic return
• Impulse welding unit with automatic welding time adjustment
• Suitable for use with the most commonly used thermo-shrinking films
and ideal as a machine for the smaller volume production environment.
ARIANE
A combination L sealer and shrink tunnel in various sealing frame sizes.
Features include
• Impulse sealing system with electronic control of sealing time
• Adjustable seal cool time
• Needle perforators
• Automatic adjustable indexing conveyor
Both the manual and semi automatic machines are available
with silicone covered tunnel rollers which are essential when
using point of sale presentation shrink films. Alternatively
a Teflon mesh belt can be used.
ATHENA COMBI
A series of fully automatic L sealers with combined shrink tunnel capable
of sealing products up to 250mm high. The machine utilises a permanently
heated sealing system to ensure reliable sealing at speeds of up to 30
packs /min.
Features include
• Inverter controlled conveyor speeds
• Kissing conveyor system for transfer of small based products
• Low level film roll dispenser
• Quick and easy size change
