CUSTOM MADE CARTONS
We are able to offer a custom made service ranging from 50 cartons upwards. These can be manufactured in standard
brown, white or mottled board or flood coated and varnished.
We are also able to offer stock holding facilities on special cartons subject to prior arrangement.
MATERIALS
We can manufacture cartons from the following materials: single wall corrugated board, double wall corrugated board, tri-
wall corrugated board and solid board.
We are also able to offer advice regarding alternative materials which can save costs and also reduce your obligation to the
waste legislation without compromising performance.
PRINTING
We can print cartons using various processes including flexographic, lithographic and silkscreen.
QUOTATIONS
A written quotation will be issued prior to any work being carried out, Samples will also be submitted for approval along with
any artwork proofs.
In order for us to give you a quotation quickly and without complications we would ask you to give us the following
information.
Quantity, Style, Material (or the product and application), size (length x width x height) and print details if relevant (i.e
Number of colours, where the carton is to be printed and the complexity of print)
